Daniel F. Monahan
Since graduating from Villanova University’s School of Law in 1978, Dan Monahan has handled estate related legal matters for individuals and small businesses. In that time, Dan regularly consulted clients with a variety of estate related matters including Wills and Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Medical Healthcare Directives, Living Wills, Special Needs Trusts, Medicaid Planning, Veterans Benefits, Guardianships and Estate Administration.
Dan is uniquely qualified in Estate Litigation having been recognized as a Board-Certified Civil Trial Advocate, an achievement that few Estate attorneys possess. He is a Fellow of the Academy of Advocacy.
Dan also possesses specialized law degrees after graduating from Villanova University’s School of Law Masters in Tax program where he concentrated his studies in estate related matters. Thereafter, he was awarded a Certificate in Estate Administration from the law school.
Dan was recognized by Martindale-Hubbell, a national ranking system for lawyers, with AV Preeminent Rating, the highest possible rating for both Legal Ability and Ethical Standards.
Dan is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Chester County Bar Association, and the American Association of Justice.
